The main ways to take part
- Sell your own products. You register as a seller, list items, and fulfill orders yourself — best if you already have a product or brand.
- Affiliate (creator) side. You pick items from the affiliate marketplace, tag them in your content, and earn commission when someone buys through your tag. No inventory, no shipping.
- LIVE and video shopping. You demo a product live or in a regular post, and viewers buy from the pinned card without pausing to search.
Availability, eligibility, and fees differ by country and change regularly, so check TikTok's official Shop and Seller Center pages for what's live in your region and what the current requirements are. TikTok Shop isn't available everywhere, and the rules for joining as a seller versus as an affiliate aren't the same.
