Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Viral App Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the ReelTok app and related services (the “Service”). By using ReelTok, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to use the Service.

The Service

ReelTok provides AI-generated analysis, scores, hooks, ideas, captions, and coaching for short-form video. All output is informational and consists of estimates — we do not guarantee any specific number of views, followers, engagement, or earnings. What you create and publish is your responsibility.

Subscriptions and billing

ReelTok offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Current plans and prices are shown in the app and on the App Store, and a free trial may be offered. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Payments, refunds, and price changes are handled by Apple under its terms.

Acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Service. You agree not to reverse-engineer, misuse, or overload the Service, and not to use it for unlawful content or to break the rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform.

Intellectual property

The ReelTok and Surge names and the app itself belong to Viral App Labs LLC. You keep all rights to the content you create with ReelTok.

AI disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat it as a suggestion, use your own judgment, and verify anything important before acting on it. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Viral App Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or your content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. Questions? Email support@getreeltok.com.
